1. Bookings & Minimum Numbers
All workshop bookings require a minimum of 10 participants unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices are issued upon confirmation of booking.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All workshops are delivered with appropriate care and safety guidance.
6. Photography & Marketing
The Creative Tangent may take photographs during workshops for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in advance.
If you do not wish for photography to take place, this must be communicated before the event.
7. Force Majeure
The Creative Tangent is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, venue closure, transport disruption, or extreme weather).

- Charge the minimum booking fee equivalent to 10 participants, or
- Cancel the booking at its discretion.
2. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued upon confirmation of booking.

- Delayed delivery of services
- Additional charges or interest in line with UK late payment regulations
Workshops may not proceed if payment has not been received within agreed terms.
3. Cancellations & Changes
If a booking is cancelled:
- More than 14 days before the event: No cancellation fee (unless materials have already been purchased specifically for the booking).
- Within 14 days of the event: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed booking fee may apply.
- Within 7 days of the event: Up to 100% of the booking fee may be charged.
This is due to preparation time, materials purchased, and diary space reserved.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing a safe and suitable space for the workshop
- Ensuring adequate tables, seating, and access to facilities (if required)
- Communicating any relevant participant needs or accessibility requirements in advance
5. Liability
The Creative Tangent accepts no responsibility for:
- Damage to clothing or personal belongings during workshops
- Injuries resulting from misuse of materials or failure to follow instructions
